Leaving the beach in Shoreham there were other locations round the harbour to explore and first stop was the new footbridge over the harbour to the town. It was surprisingly busy so the only option to use the people. Using the reflections in the glass panels was another bonus. All the while the conversation never stopped and it was then on to the strangest houseboats you could imagine. Boats fused with cars and coached but by far the most interesting was a converted Torpedo Boat. This was hard as we didn't want to offend the residents. From there it was of for a well deserved lunch close to the old Toll Bridge in a pub The Amsterdam with a cool beer on a very hot day.
I have no idea how long the sunken boat had been in the estuary but it was a brilliant prop some some atmospheric shots. Onto the bridge and the last of the locations playing with shadows and patterns. A terrific day in the wonderful company of Abi Flynn.
