After a lunch break we moved up the coast to Surville on what was now a blisteringly hot day. The beach here is almost endless with perhaps a light scattering of people. The dry sand at the top of the beach was very hard to walk along as it's depth sucked all your energy walking. This for someone recovering from spinal surgery was hard work. Daisy was really at home in swimwear and we ranged from sweeping beach landscapes to close portraits. The sea in the shallows was reasonably warm to paddle in but out deeper would be much too chilly.
