Twas the day before lockdown and Tash came to shoot. This jolly and lively young lady was to be my last shoot for quite some time and I was determined to make the most of the inevitable. We talked and shot with ease and time flew past. It was hard to choose what to edit but I did have plenty of time, so edited loads. With the impending warning of lockdown we cut things short to enable Tash to get home safely.
When you see a face as a people photographer there is a real drive to organise a shoot. Lara is one of these people and being patient was the name of the game. I decided that I needed a theme for part of the day which involved Movie stars from the 40s and 50s. A book was duly purchased and preparation ensued. Cutting up the book and selecting which pages to use and then plan the layout of the backdrop is very time consuming but worthwhile. Lara was a joy to work with as results show.
