Elesha in France: Part Two

So, just what you were waiting for the second installment of my trip to France with Elesha. After a washout on day two and having to shoot inside we woke up to cloudy skies and fears of more of the same. We headed to Denneville on the west coast and the sky lifted a little on the fabulous beach which enabled me to include some dance jump shots. We then headed to Portbail where there are a couple of small wrecks for some atmospheric images. Following lunch we headed up the coast to a magnificent beach at Clairefontaine where by now the sun had burst through perfectly for bikini shots. Final destination was to the East Coast and Utah beach for sunset.
The final day was home day but it was not complete before visiting some German WWII casements.

Elesha in France Part One

So, never had a shoot abroad except with Friends. Elesha sent me a message asking if I was interested in going to France last minute as a photographer had dropped out. With so little time I agreed to join up. We stayed at a lovely Gite in the village of Graignes in Normandy owned by Andy Gite Le Mont Graignes We were made to feel very welcome and our first evening we went to a World War Two German Bunker. Day Two saw us start out for the day to a beach but the rain cut everything short and we ended up back at the Gite limited to indoor shooting. A fun evening at the local Horse Trotting Racing in the village was a great time for socialising. Part Two to follow.
