On arriving back at studio after a successful location shoot it was time to try out my latest idea. I had covered the backdrop with pages of the Financial Times. Chosen due to the nature of it's colour. It was a bit of a race against time but with someone as experienced as Artemis we worked on smoothly with plenty of conversation. Lighting changes were made with emphasis on creativity and we really got some interesting images. It was time to finish and we were both pleased with results. A busy but productive day.

Artemis Fauna and the Old Brickworks
It is always good to work with someone new especially someone very experienced like Artemis Fauna. It was a different project for Artemis looking at a more attitude involved location shoot. A rare sunny and warmish day for December was a total bonus. We were limited for time so working as a team we really got the type of images we were both looking for at the abandoned brickworks. It was then back to the studio for part two.....

Calum A Stray from the Ordinary
Getting to photograph male models is often not high on my agenda. I realised recently this might be something which was leaving a hole in my portfolio. Calum contacted me in answering a casting call. I got the opinion of a few young ladies and the organised a shoot.
Calum is new to the industry and keen to make steps forward. We had a relaxed day and talked and listened to music as we worked. As you can see we got a very pleasing variety and had a very successful shoot. Hopefully this will open the doors for Calum and give my portfolio a little twist.
