Fleur! The Other Side

One of the exciting things being a photographer is meeting the people who will be the other side of the camera. When it is an opera singer then it is hard to imagine the person also modelling. Unless your name is Fleur. Now over two years on with our creative projects it is always exciting to find what clothes and outfits will emerge. We wanted something dark! Not in colour but in mood. We got that with one outfit for sure but we also got quality with everything else. Fleur was so animated and we were both happy with the exciting images.

Photo Restoration

As well as taking photographs I have a photo restoration service. Prices vary according to the work needing to be done as it is very time consuming. I like to retain the original feel of the photographs.

Emma Especially

Emma is one of those people who is reserved but at the same time creates inspiration within me. We needed to get updates for her portfolio which reflected more edgy fashion. It was so noticeable how much more comfortable in front of camera Emma has become. We had plenty of fun and this really helps get the right images. Anyone looking for a fashion model would really be happy with Emma and what she brings to camera.

Musical Paint

When an idea was put to me by Opera singer Fleur I had no hesitation in being part of it! Working with a body painter (Boudcca Blue Bodyart Ltd) for the first time; was something I wanted to do. Many body painting projects contain nudity but this was different. Some four and a half hours later the shoot could begin and I was so pleased with the results. Fleur was her creative self as we Got our ideas into perspective and worked hard before the paint became spoilt! Great day! Enjoy the images.

More Katie

I don't think Katie needs much introduction in my Blog now. Working together is always full of fun, enthusiasm, creativity and honesty. Whatever we do it always has Katie's individuality stamped upon it. Rather than flood my Blog I felt it better to separate the studio from location part of the day. You have all seen the Bluebells I trust and the impact they made. Trying to produce images which give a different feel from previous shoots needs a little planning and searching for inspiration. Putting a different slant on images to give them a fresh new presentation is so much about team-work. What you see might seem straightforward but the shapes and lighting along with composition takes intuitive imagination from two people. Enjoy! Thank you.
